I’m really not updating the content of this blog as often as I’d like. I am working on the blog though - fiddling about with details in the background (you might not notice any difference, but it’s much easier for me to manage now) and finally porting over the posts from the old blog, which is taking much longer than I thought it would because of the need for me to remove the posts in that blog which got me into trouble (so lots) and edit incriminating details out of numerous others. There are some that I like already here, but bear with me a while please.
Oh okay, I’ll be honest, the weather’s just too good and I’m really spending all my spare time in the sun drinking iced tea.

Iced tea, please listen to me, I am a southerner. I was born so far south that the Mississippi delta has always been “up north” from where I come from. The Louisiana bayous are also north of were I come from. The crap that the germans call tea (as an Englishman you know what I mean) does not make good iced tea. The black tea they use is too bitter. Lipton is too bitter. It needs to be “Luzianne” tea for it to taste right. Orange Pekoe with some other black teas cut in for body. Give me a PO Box, a friends address, a friend of a friends address and I’ll send you the proper stuff for making iced tea.
